Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC)

The PCC was tons of fun.  They have six islands represented.  At each island they put on a demonstration at a certain time.  If there isn't a demo going on there are games and activities you can do.  We avoided the demonstrations because the kids had a hard time holding still and keeping quiet.

When we got there we got to take a canoe ride to get to the islands

Then they got temporary tatoos

Of course Brayden picked to have it on his face.  Thankfully they washed of really easy!

Then they had a parade of canoes to represent the islands.  They did dances it was pretty cool!

The kids wove fish out of coconut leaves (you have to look close but she's holding up a fish on a stick.  Also, she got a headband that was woven too.)
 Played stick and other games

Watched a fire dancer

 Watched a palm tree climber

Tried Coconut Water (nobody but Bo and Gini liked it) :)

The boys fishing.  Conrad actually hooked a goldfish with a fake hook.  That kid can fish!

This picture was taken while we were car shopping but Caleb had been so tired this trip.  Hailey wanted to skip the program at the end of the day so we put Caleb to bed and Hailey babysat.  Then we went with everyone else.  It was really cool.  We wouldn't have made it through without Hailey's help though.  Thanks Hailey!
