I love paintings. When I see one, I'm drawn to it. I can see how it can be worth that full 700,000 in mere seconds. The first time this happened was in Hawaii at the temple visitor center. When I saw this:
It instantly brought me peace. I couldn’t believe the way Roy Tabora could bring light into the painting and this wave. There are no words when a painting speaks to your heart.
Religious art is probably my favorite. The prayer paintings I posted the last couple of days just make me happy. Yongsung Kim is another of my favorites. I’ve come to realize it’s the light I love so much.
