We went camping again last weekend. We found this really cool camping spot just past Kelly Canyon. It was really fun. The kids love it. As you can see they don't have a problem with getting dirty. Hailey's favorite part of camping is the hiking (which is a short walk around our campground). Conrad loves bugs right now so, he is always looking for new ones. Jackson loves anything he can put in his mouth and just loves being outside. They can't wait to go again. We'll just have to see when we go again. As fun as it is, it is TONS of work.
Here we are. Well, most of us Kendra and Kris came but left before a camera was there. Sam, Alisa and I weren't in this picture.

Looks like fun, you guys are always up to fun.
So where is this great campsite past kelly? Is there bathrooms? We are looking for a close camping spot to I. F. so I can goto treatments and go camping still. Any ideas?
Its pretty easy to get to, you can google map, rexburg to tablerock campground. it is the one 16.8 miles away.
Tablerock will be on your left hand side and it is the only campground with a fence around it. You cant miss it. we usually stay at the next campsite past tablerock on your left hand side just a couple of hundred yards up. You can also stay at some sites a little further up if you take the first right hand turn you can make. You will turn into a little campground culdesac. there arent any bathroom but you can use the ones at tablerock and there is water there too. You can go swimming at Heise, you will pass it on the way to tablerock, it has a water slide and grass camping if you want.

it looks like an awesome time! yep, kids love the dirt. conrad and hayley would make great characters in a charles dickens movie... they always take place in grimy dirty london... i've been watching too many english movies i think...
Jeni- there are a bunch of campgrounds by Heise that have bathrooms. You can also camp at the tablerock campground, but you have to reserve it and I'm not sure how to. It's pretty nice too.
Looks like fun! I didn't even know that Barry got married...that is great! Camping is so fun.
