And the Gender is...

A boy!!!! Yes that does make three boys and a girl.  But, I am just as excited to have another boy.  I was happy to hear he is healthy as far as they can see.  That always brings a little peace to my mind. :)

It was funny because the woman doing the ultrasound put the little "thingy" on my stomach and the first thing she said was, "Oh there's the gender!"  And I thought, "Oh, there it is!" It was not hard to see.  He was not shy throughout the rest of the ultrasound either. He was hiding his profile though.  We never got a pic of that.  Oh well.

I was nervous to see how Hailey would feel when I told her the baby was a boy.  She has been wanting a new sister soooo bad.  But, she reacted pretty well.  She is disappointed, but she knew we couldn't pick what we got.  I'm sure once he comes she will just love him.

Conrad said, "Yes, a boy!" And ran a gave me a hug.  Then I took the kids out to the truck to take the babysitter home.  When we got in he asked where the baby was.  I was a little confused.  But then it clicked, he thought I was bringing the baby home from my appointment.  He thought I had just left him in the car while I came in to get them to take the sitter home.  So, they were both a little disappointed.  They are still excited though now that they've had time to let it sink in.

Congrats on the boy! I was sure it was a girl. We can give you the names we didn't use: Zander, Landon, Lankston, Ethan! It was fun hanging out with you guys this weekend. We will see you in July.

Brody was pretty excited also when I told him you were having another baby boy. Congrats to you both and I hope that he continues to stay healthy while staying INSIDE you until AFTER the family reunion! :D

Congrats!!! How exciting. But I have to say it, you guys are in for it when your boys get to the teenage years -- with Bo's adventurous side for them to follow in I am sure Mama is going to have lots of sleepless nights!
