Brooke and her family were here for a few days and Hailey got to spend the evening with her. We went roller skating and then Brooke came to our house. It was so fun to listen to them laugh and giggle. I had a great time hanging out with Jackie at the skating rink too. I wish they were closer!
I'm bummed I forgot to get a close up when she was here. :(

Hailey's Devoloped a Love for Singing
Last summer Hailey was asked to sing in a small group in primary. She loved it and I began to think maybe singing would be an interest for her. After some convincing, I got her to sign up for choir in school. She ended up really liking it. Since she wasn't doing any extracurricular activities I thought she might like to try voice lessons. I asked and finally found someone in Idaho Falls that teaches and she started in January.
Hailey has LOVED it (Jackson may or may not like her singing, haha). I've got a link to her voice recital here:

Also, she tried out for a solo and got it for her choir concert. Here's a video of the song. She had two parts she got to sing on her own. The mic she sang on wasn't working great so it may be hard to hear.

Trip to Hole in the Rock
Part of selling the DiatamaciousEarth.com was going to Panguitch Utah to help them set up their facility. The second time Bo went we got to go with them. My parents came too and Dustin met us there. It was fun to spend some time together with them all. Thanks for making the trip with us!
They decided to come with us because it just so happens to be about an hour away from "Hole in the Rock" an old pioneer trail. Google it. It's a pretty cool story.
We are spoiled of course and instead of having to take many days to drive through on wagons, we were able to take day trip RZR ride. We had a great time and were blessed to spend the day in gorgeous scenery.
I was amazed at how these amazing red rocks would pop out of nowhere. Here are some pics of the day:
Before we met up with Dustin we went to Bryce Canyon and walked through a petrified wood forest. Here are a few pics from that too:

Arrow of Light
Conrad worked really hard to finish up his Weblos and Arrow of Light by his birthday. Last week he earned his award at Pack Meeting. A couple in our ward puts on a great show to give them their awards. They put up a tepe and artificial fires, dress up like Indians and quiz the kids on a few things. The kids LOVE it.
