We had another great Halloween for the books.  Hailey went with a couple of friends and came home with a haul of candy.  I couldn't believe what she brought home.  We went with the boys and they got quite a bit this year.  Our neighborhood has really grown!

We carved pumpkins Monday night for FHE.  I'm so glad Bo is great at carving pumpkins some of these were really thick!  Oops!  I missed a couple of kids with their pumpkins.

There's a Teenager in the House!

Hailey turned 13 a few days ago.  We had a small family party at the warehouse and she got to play Mine craft and watch Pirates of the Caribbean which she was super excited about.

It has been so fun to watch Hailey grow and mature the last year.  She's loving school and working very hard.  She's learned to be organized and stay on top of everything.  We even started a goal book at the beginning of the school year and she's kept track of her goals daily too.  Hailey also started voice lessons last January and has loved it.  I've loved watching her develop that talent too.

At 13 Hailey loves:

Reading
Chocolate
Movies
Whipped cream (as you can see in the pictures)
School
Music, singing and listening
Quiet time to herself

How helpful she is
She's becoming very responsible
Listening to her sing

Listening to her as she talks about lessons she's learned that took me til I was a lot older to understand

We're so proud of you and your choices. Hailey you are beautiful inside and out.  We love you so much. I'm so blessed to me your Mom and we are so happy that you're ours forever.  Don't forget who you are.  You are so good at just being yourself and not worrying about impressing others.  Don't lose this trait.  Life will be much easier if you can be yourself!

Brayden is Seven!

This kid is growing up fast.  He had a little friend party and then we had a family party.  Both were at the warehouse, of course.  He loves hitting balls and playing Mine craft over there.

Christensen Family Reunion 2017

This years reunion was so much fun.  It was at West Piney Girls Camp. We missed a few because of sickness and had a couple of extras.  My Aunt Joyce and Uncle Robert spent the weekend with us.

Thursday our family went with Mom, Dad, Joyce, and Robert to the Bar J Wranglers.  The kids loved it and the food was great!

Friday more people showed up and we spent a lot of time outside going down this huge slide and playing outdoor games.  It was a lot of fun watching everyone go down.  The weather was amazing!

Saturday we went and got square ice cream comes, spent more time outside and had a talent show then played Minute To Win it Games.  It was fun to see some talents we didn't know some of the kids had and to see some others that have progressed and gotten better.  We laughed a lot during the games too.

Thanks to everyone who came.  It was fun to spend time together.  We may have stayed up way too late but we recovered and made some fun memories.

First Day 2017-2018

Our kids are growing up fast.  The kids started school on the 30th of August.  I'm just slow to get things posted.  Life as always has been crazy busy.  I have a couple of more posts to catch up on.
