Christensen Family Reunion 2020

Everyone met up again this year at Tablerock Campground in Kelly Canyon.  Brooke could only make it for a day, but it was nice to see everyone, especially after our long quarantine.  Fun was had by all!  Cousins spent hour after hour together.  While others shared tents and a trailer at night. 

We celebrated Dad's 70th birthday.  We also spent a lot of time motorbiking, horseback riding, 4 wheeling, swimming, dirt-digging, pinatas, an Easter egg hunt, scavenger hunt, a leprechaun hunt, lots of junk food, and late nights.  We had a great break from the crazy that we call daily life. 

Here are some of the highlights:

Dad will be 70 on August 11 

Hailey and I got to ride horses with some cousins and sis-in-laws.

All of the boys got to go on a ride this year.  Very cool!  They loved it.  I think we had 24 motorbikes at our campground this year with everyone.  These guys loved every minute they had on their bikes.

Baseball 2020

 Jackson and Conrad were able to play baseball this year.  We had a really great time getting out and watching them.  This was one of the first things we did once things began opening up again.  

The boys were on the same team.  Jackson was probably one of the youngest kids in the league, but it was good practice for him.  Conrad mostly played 1st base and shortstop.  Jackson played right field most of the time.

Jackson's 12th Birthday

 Jackson has been waiting a very long time to turn 12!  He's wanted to do some of the things the older kids do and stay up later.  It will be nice to have him spend more time in the evening with the older kids.  It's so fun to watch them hang out together.

Since we were pretty much in a full pandemic mode, we couldn't do a lot.  But, we went to the warehouse and partied, and the kids had a blast playing around over there.

Here are some highlights:

Jackson, we love you!  You are one great kid!  These past few months, it's been so great to watch you grow.  You've learned to work and like it.  That's a huge accomplishment.  You've been a great help to dad.  You have a lot of energy, and it's been so fun to watch you be able to focus it on helping.
